Q: What do I need for a passport photo?
A: Your passport photos must be recent, clear, and taken against a plain background. In Canada the standard is 50×70 mm (2×2¾ inches) with the head 31–36 mm from chin to crown. You should remove tinted glasses and avoid smiling. We take photos instudio to meet all IRCC requirements
Q: How many citizenship photos do I need?
A: For a paper citizenship application, IRCC requires 2 identical printed photos (or 1 digital photo if applying online). We will write your name and date on the back as required.
Q: How long until I get my photos or documents?
A: Most passport/citizenship photos are ready the same dayoften within an hour. Document review or form assistance usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on complexity. We will give you an estimated timeline when you book the service.
Q: Do you handle visas for other countries or just Canada?
A: As a Canadianbased travel agency, we primarily help with travel to and from Canada (visitor visas, eTAs) and can guide you on standard requirements. For other countries, we can provide information and referrals but encourage checking those specific government guidelines
